We answer everything within 24 hours, usually much sooner. For a sourcing request, include the player, year, set, and the grade you want — the more specific you are, the faster we can tell you whether it is findable and what it should cost.

Because we show all-in pricing. Our 15% buyer premium is already inside every number you see. A lot listed at $115 costs you exactly $115, plus sales tax and shipping. Nothing is added at the last step.
Every card in The Vault is encapsulated by a recognised grading company — we do not accept raw cards under any circumstances. For PSA, Titan, BGS, SGC and CGC we check the certification number against the grader’s own database before listing. Not a sample of them. Every one.
Yes. You can browse, watch lots, and follow a live broadcast without one, but the bid button unlocks only once you have a valid payment method saved. It is what keeps bidders who never intend to pay out of the room.
Any bid inside the final 60 seconds adds another minute to the clock, so a lot cannot be sniped at the buzzer. During a live broadcast the host may add up to five further minutes. No lot ever runs more than one hour past its scheduled close — that limit is absolute.
No. This is an auction and all sales are final. You are buying a specific, photographed, independently graded card with its condition disclosed. That said, if something arrives materially different from what was listed — wrong card, wrong grade, or damage that happened before we shipped — contact us within three days with photographs and we will make it right.
